1. Acceptance of Terms By using this Site and/or enrolling in our programs, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian of a participating child and that you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or enroll your child.
2. Program Participation and Parental Consent
By registering your child, you Confirm that your child is in appropriate physical condition to participate in athletic activities.Accept all inherent risks associated with basketball training, practices, and games.Agree to provide emergency contact information and notify the Club of any medical conditions.
3. Limitation of Liability
